He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and previously served in leadership roles within the U.S. Air Force, specializing in operations and data analytics. His background in operational leadership and systems-driven execution supports Yale Ventures' hands-on approach to acquiring, renovating, and managing multifamily portfolios throughout Baltimore.

Principal / CFO

Ned Yale is Principal and Chief Financial Officer of Yale Ventures, where he leads acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, accounting, systems, and investor strategy. He acquired his first property in Baltimore more than a decade ago and expanded through single-family rental acquisitions before transitioning into multifamily investment. Ned attended the University of Maryland and earned his MBA from Columbia Business School. His background combines investment analysis, operating infrastructure, and financial management across the Yale Ventures platform.
